Fluid Motion, LLC in Arlington, WA is seeking an Industrial Seamstress to fabricate marine upholstery, canvas, vinyl, and sewn components for boats. You will operate industrial sewing equipment, follow patterns and production requirements to produce cushions, seating covers, bolsters, and other marine upholstery parts.

Hours: Monday-Friday 5 am-1:30 pm. Safety rules apply, and opportunities for growth exist within a team-focused craft environment dedicated to quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years experience operating an industrial power sewing machine.
• Ability to read patterns and follow specifications.
• Familiarity with trimming, cutting, and sewing cushions and covers.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to pattern assemble material for boats.
• Cut and sew covers for cushions and canvas tops.
• Draw patterns and prepare materials for sewing.
• Maintain quality and report discrepancies to teammates.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safe operation.
