Bring your carpentry expertise; prior boat-building experience is a plus but not required—we’ll teach the specifics of boat construction. You’ll work with wood, composites, and hardware to deliver high-quality components on time.

Responsibilities include cabinetry, finish carpentry, accurate measurements from drawings, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a collaborative shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and install custom cabinetry and interior components

• Read drawings and take accurate measurements
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Work with hardwoods, plywood, veneers, and composites
• Assist with general boat construction and installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
