Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience and a basic understanding of wire color codes and battery cable manufacturing, with ability to work in a team and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in harness setup, cutting, crimping and connector configurations.
• Basic understanding of wire color codes and battery cable manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up boat model-specific harnesses following detailed instructions.
• Use formulas for precise builds.
• Handle cutting, crimping, and connector configurations.
• Differentiate wire colors for lighting, pumps, AC, and DC management.
• Manufacture battery cables in-house, adhering to predefined formulas.
• Collaborate with dedicated teams for different boat types.
• Meet production metrics based on boat complexity and type.
