Job summary

Fluid Motion, LLC is seeking a Fiberglass Laminator to join the production team in Arlington, WA. The role involves hand lay-up and lamination of fiberglass components to molds according to production specifications.

Shifts run 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The position requires physical stamina and strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, with relocation to Arlington as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hand lay-up and lamination per production specs.
• Must operate and maintain lamination equipment.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Mounts rolls of fiberglass on chopper gun machine spindles.
• Threads fiberglass through machine rollers and secures film to take up spindles.
• Operates and maintains the chopper and gel-coat gun and other lamination equipment.
• Adjusts controls to regulate speed, temperature, and pressure of laminating equipment.
• Uses rollers to remove air and resin from fiberglass and roving.
