Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Tracker Marine Boating Center is seeking a Detailer to clean and prep boats, motors, trailers and ATVs for customers and show units. You will use a forklift or tractor to move items, verify loads, and assist service and rigging teams as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, reliable transportation of units, and maintaining clean, organized facilities while supporting a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supports world class customer service for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Washes, cleans, waxes, vacuums interiors and exteriors of boats for pickups/display/service.
• Unloads incoming boats, motors, trailers and ATVs using a forklift or tractor and moves them to designated areas.
• Confirms packing list or invoice for boat loads or deliveries.
• Transports and stages boats and ATVs to service, rigging and storage yards.
• Maintains cleaning supplies and notifies when items are needed.
• Assists with PDI and VIN verification processes.
• Alerts supervisor to unit concerns or repairs.
• Performs grounds and facility maintenance; keeps area neat.
