Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Delivery Coordinator at Sinclair Marina to deliver boats, train customers on features and maintenance, and support the sales team. You will unload and inspect boats, install minor components, and manage showroom inventory. Strong customer service and basic tech skills are essential for success.

You may travel occasionally to off-site deliveries and events, with on-site work in varying conditions. A valid driver's license and ability to lift and handle boats are required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with boats, boating safety, and basic mechanics.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math/problem-solving.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sold boats on-site and off-site; train customers on features, motors, trailers and accessories.
• Unload boats, check-in, inspect for warranty or shipping damage, and install minor components.
• Move inventory between locations; keep showroom stock clean and accessible.
• Assist sales team in showroom and events; engage customers to close boat sales using product knowledge.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, greet customers, maintain professional sales environment; use CRM for interactions and inventory.
• Participate in floorplan audits and attend manufacturer training to stay current on models.
