Job summary

Boater’s World Marine Centers in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a motivated Consignment Sales Consultant to help owners consign boats and grow inventory. You’ll manage outreach, coordinate with leadership, and move opportunities through a structured process.

You’ll build relationships with sellers and buyers, maintain a high-volume pipeline, and contribute to dealership growth with strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume sales or commission-based roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple conversations and keep deals moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for boat owners interested in consigning boats, trailers, and marine equipment.
• Proactively reach out to prospective sellers through calls, leads, emails, referrals, and in-person conversations.
• Explain the consignment process, pricing, timelines, and expectations clearly.
• Build urgency and momentum to move sellers to signed consignment agreements.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of seller conversations and opportunities.
• Track leads from first contact through intake and final sale.
• Coordinate with leadership on pricing and inventory strategy.
• Ensure inventory details are accurate and entered correctly in dealership systems.
• Deliver professional, responsive experience to sellers and buyers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Leadership to support growth.
