Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking an Assembler for the Lowe Boats team to assemble aluminum boats and sub-assemblies at bench or on the shop floor. You will follow blueprints, fasten parts, and install components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and team player with safety awareness.
• Able to stand, bend and twist for a 10-hour shift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous boat assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to blueprints or knowledge of the unit.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets and other fasteners; use jigs and glue.
• Remove small amounts of metal to ensure a close fit; operate drill/punch/air tools or riveting machines as needed.
• Install seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables and graphics; follow quality system procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
