Qualificações

• MA Real Estate License (or working toward it) required or in progress.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Comfort with technology including real estate platforms, CRMs, and social media.
• Self-starter with hustle; able to work independently and with a team.

• Willingness to develop and scale a business using provided tools.

What You Need

• MA Real Estate License (or working toward it)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort with tech—real estate platforms, CRMs, social media
• Self-starter mindset with the drive to hustle
• Ability to work independently AND with a team
• Passion for real estate and a hunger to grow

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience in real estate or sales
• Know the Boston neighborhoods like the back of your hand
• Speak multiple languages
