Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight guests' stay; balance hands-on care with team leadership.
• Coach and train Pet Care Attendants; provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate feeding schedules, medications, and health assessments as directed.
• Oversee add-on services: playtimes, daycare, walks, grooming.
• Collaborate with Daycare, Front Desk, and Enrichment Leads for seamless operation.
• Enforce cleanliness by upholding sanitization and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

As our Boarding Lead, you are the supervisor of our overnight guests' stay, balancing hands-on animal care with administrative and team leadership:

• Support and Coach the Team: Guide and train Pet Care Attendants, giving honest feedback and helping them reach their own professional goals.
• Ensure Precision Care: Coordinate daily feeding schedules, medication administration, and thorough \"snout-to-tail\" health assessments precisely as directed.
• Coordinate Resort Services: Oversee the accurate execution of all add-on services, including one-on-one playtimes, daycare participation, walks, and grooming needs.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with our Daycare, Front Desk, and Enrichment Leads to keep the resort running seamlessly as one unified team.
• Enforce Cleanliness: Keep our facility pristine by holding the team accountable to our high sanitization, hygiene, and safety standards.

• You possess strong foundational knowledge of pet health, medication administration, and safety protocols.
• You have previous supervisory or team lead experience (or are a senior attendant ready to step up).
• You are highly organized, have exceptional time-management skills, and can maintain a calm presence in a fast-paced environment.
