Job summary

Calusa Veterinary Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a full-time Kennel and Boarding Manager to lead our kennel team while ensuring top-quality care for boarded animals. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and coordinate with the veterinary team to monitor animal health and welfare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in kennel/boarding/veterinary setting.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kennel and boarding operations including check-ins/outs and scheduling.
• Lead and schedule kennel staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate medical observations with veterinarians and document daily notes.
• Manage supplies and ensure infection control and sanitation.
