Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Board Product Development Engineer to help design and implement manufacturing processes for AI PC/board & system products. You will work with an Operations Engineering team to influence product life cycle from architecture to ramp, providing feedback to design teams and shaping test requirements for successful NPI bring-up.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in board/system development, and the ability to travel internationally for

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in Board/System Product development Engineering.
  • Ability to travel to other countries for on-site factory product builds (6 to 8 weeks per year).
  • Knowledge of hardware and software interaction (embedded firmware and/or embedded operating systems).
  • Understanding of SoC, CPU, GPU, IO interfaces (USB, SPI, UART, Ethernet, display ports) and memory subsystem design.
  • Experience in design analysis, prototype bring-up and debugging, failure verification and manufacturing test support.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Test and validation planning and reporting.
  • Design of experiments creation, execution, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Ops Engineering during architecture and design product life cycle and provide manufacturing capability feedback to design teams.
  • Define product test requirements and support NPI bring up, validation, and characterization for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive manufacturing efficiency.
