iHeartMedia Markets in Providence, RI is seeking a part-time Board Operator to keep broadcasts running smoothly and sounding great across live and pre-recorded shows. You will operate the broadcast console, monitor programming for quality, and coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams to ensure correct commercial placement.

Ideal candidates have NexGen and Adobe Audition experience, strong attention to detail, and the multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate when needed.
• Record, edit, and load audio content for playback using automation systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment and automation systems (e.g., NexGen, Adobe Audition).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus.
