Qualifications

• Knowledge of legislative processes and local government
• Ability to read and interpret codes, ordinances, laws and regulations
• Strong report writing and public speaking
• Experience with contract negotiations and public affairs
• Ability to build coalitions and work with diverse groups
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
