Overview:

Gresham Executive is currently supporting a mid-market healthcare investor in the search for a Board Member to join a recently acquired primary care organization. This is an opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a dynamic healthcare organization with strong growth potential and a meaningful mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on growth, operations, and value-based care strategies
• Contribute to board-level discussions on capital deployment, M&A, talent, and governance
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO and PE sponsor on key initiatives
• Leverage industry relationships to support business development, physician recruitment, and expansion opportunities
• Ensure fiduciary and compliance responsibilities are met in accordance with regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Previous board or C-suite experience in healthcare services, preferably within primary care, MSOs, or multi-site operations
• Background in working with PE-backed companies or navigating high-growth environments
• Experience leading an organization through exit or acquisition as an executive is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of value-based care, population health, and risk-based models
• Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture
