Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of organ donors and their families? Tony’s Gift of Life Foundation is seeking a strategic, purpose-driven professional to join our Board of Directors, with a focus on partnership relations and fundraising development.

About Us: Tony’s Gift of Life Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to supporting kidney donors through their healing journey—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Rooted in strength, courage, and community, our programs combine nature-based healing, advocacy, and education to honor the legacy of living donors and inspire a culture of giving.

Position Overview: As a Board Member, you will serve as a key advisor and ambassador for the organization, contributing to its mission through strategic partnership cultivation and sustainable fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in business development, nonprofit fundraising, corporate sponsorships, or donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve a 1- or 2-year term, attending quarterly board meetings (remote/in-person as needed)
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and key community stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Founder and Executive Director and fellow board members on fundraising strategies
• Help identify and secure new funding streams, including grants, corporate partnerships, and donor campaigns
• Promote the mission and visibility of Tony’s Gift of Life through professional networks and community events

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or partnership development
• Proven track record in donor engagement or securing sponsorships/grants
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A personal or professional connection to organ donation or healthcare advocacy is a plus
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in service and leadership
