Job summary

GPS Insight, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will act as a cross-functional business partner, driving high-impact analytics across pricing, cost optimization, vendor spend, revenue assurance, and board-level reporting.

You will work directly with the VP of Finance and partner with Revenue Operations, Accounting, and senior leaders across our brands, contributing to data-driven decision making and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years progressive experience in accounting, finance, or analytics.
• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Exposure to Claude CoWork, Power BI, Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve financial models, forecasting, and month-end variance analysis.
• Prepare board and investor reporting packages with analysis and commentary.
• Ensure revenue recognition and close gaps with Revenue Operations and Accounting.
• Identify cost savings and drive cost-reduction opportunities.
• Own vendor spend management and renewals; surface savings.
• Diagnose root causes and implement durable fixes.
