Having assembled a founding team of the industry's top Board professionals, this firm is now looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Board Architect to drive complex implementations and build solutions that redefine best practices.

The Opportunity

As the Board EPM Architect, you'll join an elite team of thinkers and doers at a pivotal moment: the practice is young, ambitious, and poised for rapid growth. You’ll play a central role in designing and delivering Board solutions across performance management, planning, budgeting, and analytics—leveraging your technical expertise to directly shape client success.

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of Board EPM solutions
• Design scalable data models and workflows for complex planning and analytics use cases
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and solution leads to translate business goals into high-impact technical deliverables
• Mentor junior consultants and support the growth of the practice through thought leadership
• Contribute to solution accelerators, frameworks, and technical standards

What You Bring

• Deep hands-on experience with Board EPM (Board International)—at least 3 years in a delivery or architect role
• Strong background in BI, data modeling, and multidimensional database design
• Proven ability to lead client-facing solution delivery from architecture through implementation
• Experience in a consulting or high-delivery environment, ideally with cross-industry exposure
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
• Remote-first across the United States
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Occasional travel may be required for high-touch client engagements
