High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two (2) years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, volunteer coordination, or a related field required.
Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); willingness to learn donor CRM tools (e.g., Raiser’s Edge).
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with donor stewardship strategies, moves management, or volunteer board governance.
Knowledge of Benton, Lincoln, Lincoln counties’ philanthropic and civic communities.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to fundraising and patient privacy.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; enjoys connecting with people in person and by phone.
