GuideTech in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a Board Designer to design and develop advanced embedded hardware for avionics and autonomous aerospace systems. You will lead complex PCBAs from concept through production, collaborating with hardware, FPGA, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.

As a Board Designer, you'll design and develop advanced embedded hardware that powers next-generation avionics and autonomous aerospace systems. You'll play a key role in delivering complex electronic designs from concept through production while collaborating closely with hardware, FPGA, embedded software, and manufacturing teams.

You'll have the opportunity to work on our next generation of embedded hardware, including electronic speed controllers (ESCs), gimbal controllers, UAV power distribution boards, and advanced AI/computer vision platforms. As the role evolves, you'll lead new board designs from concept through manufacturing, helping bring innovative products into production.
