Metropolitan Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Service in Louisville, KY seeks a board-certified veterinary surgeon or residency-trained candidate for a full- or part-time role. The ideal candidate will perform soft tissue, orthopedic, neurologic and oncologic surgeries while mentoring others and collaborating with primary care veterinarians.

Qualifications

• ACVS board-certification or residency-trained.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Kentucky.
• Proficient in soft tissue, orthopedic, neurologic and oncologic surgeries.
• Strong communication and teamwork with primary care veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced surgical care across soft tissue, orthopedic, neurologic and oncologic cases.
• Mentor and collaborate with a team of veterinarians and interns.
• Partner with primary care veterinarians to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Deliver compassionate client communication and case management.
