PetVet Care Centers is seeking a compassionate Board Certified or Residency Trained Criticalist to join Memphis Veterinary Specialists in Memphis, TN. You will work with a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver high-quality veterinary care and build lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates have completed a AVMA-approved residency and a DVM degree, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited college.
• 1-year rotational internship in small animal medicine, surgery, ER.
• Completed a 3-year AVMA-approved residency program.
• Current State Veterinary License and DEA registration.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups.
• Client communication and education.
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Pharmacy duties and controlled substance protocols.
• Promote teamwork and staff efficiency.
• Collaborate with Hospital Manager on weekly priorities.
• Monitor hospital protocols from intake to discharge.
• Attend daily rounds when possible.
