Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise to provide urgent and primary care across ages. You will document care, maintain records, and collaborate with provider teams.

The role expects at least 3 years post-residency in high-volume settings and active state licensure. The position reports to the Medical Director of Urgent Care, with scheduling that includes evenings and weekends and a Part-Time 20 hrs/wk minimum at $108.17 per hour, plus benefits and

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with post-residency experience in urgent or primary care.
• Must have active license in at least one state and multistate licensure.
• Experience with Athena EMR and virtual care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-appropriate history and virtual examinations, diagnose, and document findings.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring safety.
• Coordinate care with other providers and refer when needed.
• Counsel and educate patients about care plans.
