Job summary

Allara is seeking board-certified Endocrinologists to deliver expert telemedicine care for women across the U.S. This 1099 contract role offers the autonomy of independent practice with a focus on evidence-based hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health.

Clinicians will work remotely, manage patient care via video visits, and participate in a multidisciplinary network. Applicants must hold an active IMLC license or be pursuing one and possess ABIM endocrinology certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology.
• Experience in women's health is a plus.
• Active IMLC license or in process.
• Autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely charting.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Provide 10 patient-facing hours per week including consultations and medical guidance.
