Job summary

Allara is seeking board-certified Endocrinologists to deliver expert, remote care to women across the U.S. on a 1099 contract basis. Active ABIM endocrinology certification and IMLC license (or in process) are required.

You’ll provide video-based assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining rigorous charting and patient communication. Expect flexible scheduling, remote work nationwide, malpractice coverage, and competitive per-visit

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
• IC license: Active IMLC license or actively pursuing one.
• Ability to function autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with compassionate, clear webside manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and timely charting.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.
