Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an adult outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatrist to join our team near Fayetteville, NC. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with very little phone‑only call.

The caseload is about 12 patients per day with 45‑minute evaluations, 30‑minute regular appointments, and 15‑minute medication checks. Board certification is preferred and visa sponsorship (J‑1/H‑1B) is available. Location is about an hour from Raleigh or the beaches.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible and actively working toward board certification
• Will sponsor J‑1 and H‑1B visa candidates

Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
• Very little phone-only call (if any) that is handled by the NP
• See 12 patients per day
• 45 minutes for evaluations, 30 minutes for regular appointments, and 15 minutes for medication checks
