Primary Care Physician (Outpatient) Center for Healthy Aging

Location: Tallahassee, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

An established physician group in Tallahassee, FL, is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join the Center for Healthy Aging. This outpatient position offers an exceptional balance of rewarding clinical practice and quality of life. Caring exclusively for adults aged 55 and older, you will focus on disease prevention, chronic condition management, healthy aging, and coordinated care—supported by a robust, multi-disciplinary care team.

Total Compensation & Benefits

• Total Cash Compensation: $300,000 – $340,000+ total earning potential.
• Base Pay: ~$230,000 - $250,000 predictable base salary (not tied to individual RVU production).
• Performance Bonus: Up to $50,000 in quality-focused incentive compensation, with additional earning potential for higher visit volumes with additional productivity bonus up to 50K.
• Retirement: Up to $30,000 annually (12% employer contribution) into a Simplified Employee Pension plan with immediate vesting (subject to IRS limits).
• Loan Repayment: Access to the Loan Repayment Program.
• Protected Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of paid time off (increases to 5 weeks after 4 years), with options to cash in unused PTO.
• 1 week of CME time with up to $4,000 in annual allowance.
