Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician for a contract assignment in the Jay, OK area. This outpatient community health center serves patients across a broad range of primary care needs.

The physician will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, manage acute and chronic conditions, and provide patient-centered primary care services for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Primary Care experience required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages.
• Experience managing both acute and chronic care needs.
• Able to see approximately 2.5–3 patients per hour.
• Strong EHR, communication, and care coordination skills.
• Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat primary care patients.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
• Develop and follow evidence-based care plans.
• Prescribe medications and order labs, imaging, or referrals as needed.
• Educate patients on preventive care, medications, lifestyle, and wellness.
• Coordinate care with nursing, pharmacy, behavioral health, and specialty teams.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Support quality measures, productivity goals, and patient care standards.
