Qualifications

• 1-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Florida State license.
• Current D.E.A. License/NPI.
• Current ACLS/BLS Certificates.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, treats, and helps prevent common diseases and injuries.
• Prescribes or administers specialized medical care.
• Orders, performs, and interprets tests for diagnosis.
• Reviews incoming lab reports and follows up timely.
• Records and maintains patient information.
• Monitors patients' conditions and reevaluates treatments.
• Explains procedures and discusses results with patients.
• Advises on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Participates in peer review and quality assurance.
