Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services under the Chief Medical Officer in a collaborative medical administration setting.

The role requires a medical degree, completed residency, and Board Certification or Eligibility, with a DEA license and ACLS/PALS/BLS where applicable. Excellent teamwork and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency completed in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN or Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Current DEA license and ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications as specified.

Responsabilités

• Secure and evaluate health histories and record findings clearly.
• Perform physicals, order tests, diagnose and treat illnesses.
• Provide routine exams, emergency care, and vaccinations.
• Adhere to medical ethics and ensure quality of care.
• Share on-call duties and collaborate with nurse practitioners and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Support care coordination and follow-up after hospital discharge.
