Job summary

PeerLink Medical is seeking a Board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join our nationwide panel as an Independent Medical Reviewer. This fully remote, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to review cases from anywhere in the U.S.

You will conduct independent medical reviews, assess records per guidelines, and produce high-quality reports within requested timelines while maintaining HIPAA compliance and URAC standards.

Qualifications

• Active board certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Current, unrestricted U.S. state medical license.
• Engaged in clinical practice 20 hours/week or more.
• Experience in peer review, utilization review, or independent medical examination is preferred but not required.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

We are currently expanding our panel and seeking board-certified physicians in Plastic Surgery who are interested in remote, flexible, part-time work as independent contractors. You’ll play a vital role in shaping fair and evidence-based healthcare determinations.

What You Will Do

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and using online review platforms.
