Adoreal Inc. is seeking Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons to join partner clinics in high-demand markets. This on-site role is located at an established practice near Thousand Oaks, CA, with relocation assistance for non-local candidates.

The Schwartz Aesthetic Institute, a renowned, state-of-the-art facility, offers a full-service medical office, the Spa, and the Westlake Cosmetic Surgery Center. This position provides immediate access to a strong patient base and long-term growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Board certification in plastic surgery required.
• Active unrestricted U.S. medical license (prefer CA).
• Experience with cosmetic surgical procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build patient trust.
• Willingness to relocate to the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures with excellence and precision.
• Conduct patient consultations to understand goals, provide expert recommendations, and build customized treatment plans.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care, safety, and satisfaction across all phases of treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and Adoreal’s support team to enhance the patient experience and practice performance.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging surgical techniques.
• Uphold the clinic’s reputation and represent the clinic’s values of excellence, transparency, and innovation.

Skills

Board Certification in Plastic Surgery
