Adoreal is seeking Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons to join our partner clinics in the Thousand Oaks area. This on-site role offers immediate access to an established patient base and long-term growth with Adoreal’s support.

Candidates should have unrestricted U.S. medical license (CA), proven experience in cosmetic procedures, and a patient-first focus. Relocation assistance may be provided, and we offer health benefits, CME allowance, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified plastic surgeons with active US license or ability to obtain in California.
• Experience with cosmetic surgical procedures and comprehensive patient care.
• Willingness to relocate/ live near Los Angeles, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures with excellence and precision.
• Conduct patient consultations to understand goals and develop customized treatment plans.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction across all treatment phases.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and Adoreal support to enhance patient experience and practice performance.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies, and techniques.
