Job summary

Confidential is seeking an outpatient radiation oncologist in Iowa to cover sporadic weeks through the end of the year. Work Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a facility with hospital privileges and prescriptive authority.

Treatment modalities include SBRT, electrons, 3D, IMRT, FSRT, and radiopharmaceuticals (Pluvicto, Xofigo, Lutathera) delivered with the Varian TrueBeam system.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required.
• Prescriptive authority is required.
• Hospital privileges are required for this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient radiation oncology services Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, on-site in Iowa.
• Manage 8-10 on-treatment patients per day with 3–15 treatments per day.
• Deliver treatment modalities including SBRT, electrons, 3D, IMRT, FSRT and radiopharmaceuticals (Pluvicto, Xofigo, Lutathera) using Varian TrueBeam.
