Atlantic MEDsearch is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a busy Las Cruces practice. This full‑time position offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include a full scope of orthopedic services, including minimally invasive total joint replacement, trauma and sports injuries, with a shared on-call rotation. The area provides easy access to El Paso and a high quality of life.

Qualifications

• Board-certified orthopedic surgeon required.
• Experience in trauma and sports injuries preferred.
• Candidates must be board-certified and eligible to practice in NM.

Responsibilities

• Perform full scope of orthopedic surgeries including minimally invasive total joint replacement.
• Manage trauma and sports injuries within clinic and OR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in on-call rotation.
