Ballad Health Medical Associates – Memory Care in Bristol, Tennessee is seeking a highly motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Clinical Neuropsychologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team focused on memory disorders and cognitive decline.

The Postdoctoral Neuropsychology Fellow will collaborate with neurologists and psychiatrists to conduct neuropsychological evaluations, provide diagnostic impressions, and contribute to program development within Ballad Health’s Memory Care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral program in Clinical Psychology.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship with a neuropsychology focus.
• Completion of a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong foundation in neuropsychological assessment, cognitive disorders, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adults and older adults.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized cognitive and psychological assessments.
• Provide diagnostic impressions, integrated reports, and feedback sessions to patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care planning.
• Assist with program development, quality improvement, and community education initiatives.
