Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a board certified/eligible OB/GYN to join our team at the Akron campus. The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group employed by Summa Health System.

Our Women’s Center handles ~5000+ deliveries annually, with access to Level III NICU care and academic affiliation with NEOMED. We offer an employed position with competitive compensation, benefits, and incentives including signing bonus, loan assistance,

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Must be comfortable teaching and working with residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Join Summa Health Medical Group as part of a multi-specialty team.
• Teach and supervise residents in OB/GYN.
• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care at the Akron Women's Center.
• Collaborate with NICU and hospital services to support patient care.
