Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology.
• Experience in SNF/LTC or post-acute care preferred.
• DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site neurology consultations in SNF/LTC settings.
• Diagnose and manage neurologic conditions including stroke and dementia.
• Perform comprehensive neurologic examinations and cognitive assessments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Manage neurologic medications and treatment plans.
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners.
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
