Job summary

Northbay Health is seeking a Board Certified, Licensed ENT/Otolaryngologist to join our Northern California health system. You will evaluate and treat ENT conditions across all ages in a collaborative team with audiologists, speech therapists, and APPs.

Responsibilities include medical and surgical ENT procedures, pre/post-operative care, and coordination with primary care providers to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and CA medical license.
• Board-certified in Otolaryngology.
• Experience performing ENT procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-based care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat ENT conditions.
• Perform medical and surgical ENT procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Review histories and imaging to guide care.
• Coordinate care with Audiology, Speech Therapy, and APPs.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient education.
• Participate in call and hospital rounding.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
