Job summary

Prattville Baptist Medical Center seeks an experienced emergency medicine physician to join our ED team. The ideal candidate is board-certified in emergency medicine with ED experience and will diagnose and treat a broad range of acute conditions, including trauma and cardiac events.

Requirements include AL medical license and ACLS/PALS/ATLS certifications; strong communication and teamwork are essential for this busy ED.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine; board-certification in family/internal medicine with EM experience accepted.
• AL medical license required.
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of acute medical conditions in the ED.
• Manage trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with ED team to provide high-quality patient care.
