Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Physician and board certification in area of practice required.
• Completion of fellowship/internship/residency in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in adult intensive care units.
• Perform and oversee critical care procedures.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Manage critically ill patients with complex conditions.
• Support and mentor APPs and medical students.
• Participate in rapid response and code teams.
• Ensure compliance with evidence-based protocols.
• Contribute to performance improvement efforts.
