Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our full-time academic faculty. This role blends a broad clinical practice with teaching, mentorship, research, and professional growth.

You will diagnose and treat arterial and venous disease using open and endovascular approaches, with emphasis on superficial and deep venous pathology; RPVI/RVT eligibility is preferred.

The Department of Surgery at The MetroHealth System, a major teaching affiliate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our full-time academic faculty in Cleveland, Ohio.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a vascular surgeon seeking a collaborative academic environment that combines a broad and diverse clinical practice with opportunities for teaching, mentorship, research, and professional growth.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will possess broad clinical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of arterial and venous disease, utilizing both open surgical and endovascular approaches. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience and interest in the treatment of superficial and deep venous pathology.

Candidates should also be comfortable with the interpretation of noninvasive vascular studies and be eligible for or possess Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification.

Academic Medicine & Teaching

As an academic vascular surgeon at MetroHealth, you will have the opportunity to help educate and mentor the next generation of physicians and surgeons through the teaching of Case Western Reserve University medical students and surgical residents.
