Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate.
  • 1+ years of experience required.
  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.

Bright Achievements is a leading provider for in-home ABA services throughout the state of New Jersey. Our goal is to provide distinct and enriching services to individuals within the ABA community. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, where an opportunity for career advancement and growth is established.

Duties:

  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS

  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments

  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload

  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services

  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires

  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements

  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

Job Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States

  • Master’s Degree

  • 1+ years of experience
