Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (NC In Person)

Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services throughout North Carolina. Our goal is to provide distinct and enriching services to individuals within the ABA community. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, offering opportunities for career advancement and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS
  • Perform functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop individualized programs for clients
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering 1:1 ABA services
  • Manage staff to address behavioral issues and build functional skills
  • Provide ABA training to families in accordance with authorization requirements
  • Track client progress using Rethink Behavioral Health system
