Job Description:

Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services throughout North Carolina. Our goal is to provide distinct and enriching services to individuals within the ABA community. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, offering opportunities for career advancement and growth.

Duties include:

  • Providing initial and ongoing in-home client assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS)
  • Conducting functional Behavior Assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized programs
  • Training and supervising Behavior Technicians in ABA service delivery
  • Managing staff to address behavioral issues and build functional skills
  • Training families in ABA techniques in accordance with authorization requirements
  • Managing electronic client progress data using Rethink Behavioral Health system

Job Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification in the U.S.
  • Master’s Degree
