A BCBA Lead holds a master's or higher degree in a related field and is certified by the BACB. BCBAs support individuals and families through services in ABA, functional assessments, behavior reduction, and life skills development. They oversee programming for behavior analyst students and supervise RBTs, ensuring proper implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
Responsibilities include:
Requirements:
Skills and Abilities: Competence in behavior management, instructional skills, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations. Ability to work with diverse clients with minimal supervision. Knowledge of ABA programming and Microsoft tools.
Education and Experience: Master's in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Completion of practicum or formal training, and BCBA certification.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting or computer work, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, repetitive activities like data entry.
Compensation & Benefits: Up to $93,000, flexible schedule, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, HSA, employee discounts, PTO, and sick leave.
