Compensation & Incentives

    • Competitive Salary: Earn between $81,500 - $93,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
    • Clinical Excellence Pays Off: Earn between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
    • Sign On Bonus: Up to a $10,000 bonus if you meet eligibility requirements.
    • Stay, Grow, and Flourish: We offer a $40,000 Retention Bonus Program.
    • Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus seven (7) paid holidays, giving you time to recharge and take care of yourself.

    • Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center they are hired for, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.
    • Career advancement opportunities with ongoing training & professional development.
    • Ongoing training established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
    • Centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
    • RBT training offers more interaction and collaboration, including an RBT Buddy who will check in with new hires and provide ongoing support throughout their training.
