Brighter Steps ABA in New Jersey seeks an experienced BCBA to lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and drive client success with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
