Lifeline ABA is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team! Job Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.

Supervise and provide training to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to ensure high-quality therapy implementation.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote client success.

Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment effectiveness.

Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications :

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for making a meaningful difference in children's lives!

Availability :

Day, afternoon and evenings cases.

Full time position 40 hours per week.
