Join our Developmental and Cognitive Services Division at Riverside Community Care!

We are seeking a compassionate, conscientious, and hardworking BCBA.

*****$4,000 SIGN ON BONUS*****

First $2,000 paid after 30 days, second $2,000 after 6 months!

Great full-time opportunity to work as a BCBA at Riverside Community Care, supporting DDS/ABI Residences, as well as occasional Shared Living and Individual Support Services.

The BCBA will conduct applied behavioral analysis, functional behavioral assessments, and develop Behavioral Support Plans for adults with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and/or autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities also include developing and reviewing Individual Service Plans, caregiver training and education, data analysis, and participating in team meetings.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Salary: $77,137/year

Catchment areas: Waltham, Newton, Watertown, West Roxbury, Medford, and Reading
